For more than three decades, I’ve devoted my professional life to independent school education, including 17 years as Head of School at Chapel Hill–Chauncy Hall School in Waltham, Massachusetts.Throughout my career, I’ve experienced the rewards, challenges, and responsibilities of educational leadership firsthand. I’ve also witnessed the extraordinary difference that thoughtful, authentic leadership can make in the lives of individuals and school communities.Those experiences inform my work today as an executive coach and leadership consultant.I believe that effective leadership begins with relationships, grows through reflection, and flourishes when leaders feel supported, challenged, and empowered to realize their potential.My goal is to be a trusted partner in your leadership journey—providing the perspective, encouragement, and thoughtful questions that help you move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
